• No Return on opened/used items
• Unopened, sealed original packaging - Returns within 7 days
• Must return in same condition with original invoice
1. AGRICULTURAL TOOLS & MACHINERY:
• 15 days return policy for defective items
• Must be unused with original packaging
• Working condition required
1. ONLINE ORDERS:
Cash on Delivery (COD): 48 hours to check, full refund if damaged/wrong item
Prepaid Orders: 7 days return, shipping non-refundable
2. RETURN PROCESS:
Contact WhatsApp within time period → Share invoice + photos → Return within 3 days → Refund in 5 working days
3. NON-RETURNABLE:
